The Cabin is the perfect place to spend a relaxing getaway. With multiple outside decking areas, a fully functional kitchen and bbq equipment (please bring your own bbq coals) there are numerous ways to spend your evening. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with double bed and ensuite, a full kitchen, living room and 3 outside decking areas. We are dog friendly and encourage guests to enjoy the nearby walks with their pets.

We are a working farm so wellington boots or shoes you don't mind getting muddy is advised. The farm is a great place to come and forgot about the outside world and relax. You can walk from the farm to the woodburn forest 10mins away or walk to the knockagh war monument in 20mins. Need any recommendations for places to go or were to eat just ask.

Local Attractions Carrickfergus – The Cabin is only a 10 minute drive from the historic town of Carrickfergus which includes a Norman Castle which is open to the public for visits. Belfast – Only 20 minutes from The Cabin is the city of Belfast with all that a bustling city centre has to offer. Causeway Coastal Route – The Cabin is located at the start of the world renowned Causeway Coastal Route. The location also allows easy access to numerous other local areas, some local tourist information is provided in The Cabin. Forestview Farm is beside Woodburn Forest and Dams where there are numerous forest walks.
