A beautiful newly refurbished 3 bedroom cottage in the heart of Newcastle. It is very convenient to all amenities, eg. 750 yards from Tollymore Forest Park and 250 yards from Donard Park, close to Royal County Down Golf Club and across the road from Tropicana. The Cottage is Tourism NI 4 star accommodation and has 3 bedrooms, one of which has a day bed which can be used as a single or opened as a king. There is a shower room, living room with smart TV, wifi , washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and cooking facilities. All bed linen and towels are provided. The Cottage is south facing and has a large patio with outside seating. There is ample parking for two cars. For those who enjoy hiking the beautiful Mournes are within walking distance.

Situated on Post Office Lane, just off Central Promenade and across the road from the beach. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ice cream parlours within walking distance.
