Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located flat. This Modern 1st floor apartment only 0.5 miles from the city centre’s main shopping district with many bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. This 2 double bedroom apartment is only minutes from the Ormeau Park, St George’s Market and Waterfront Hall yet benefits from a quiet residential area. Only metres from the Lagan towpath leading to the central train station, Gasworks Business Park and Shaftesbury Recreation Centre.
