Welcome to The Edge, a newly completed development of studio apartments with fast Wifi, climate controlled rooms, best-in-class sustainability credentials, fully equipped kitchen, dedicated work space and a 24 hour staffed reception to support you during your stay.
The Edge has planning approval to welcome all visitors to Belfast. Although we are unable to accept guests who are younger than 18 or guests who live locally.
The Studio apartments are secure, clean, comfortable and come with everything you need to enjoy your time in Belfast.
The Edge is normally luxury student accommodation although the building has planning approval to temporarily offer short term accommodation to non-students until September 2026.
Neighborhood info
Situated opposite Ulster University and a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and bars of the Cathedral Quarter, you will have the best of Belfast at your finger tips, never having to worry about finding a taxi after an evening of enjoying the city.
The Titanic museum is 1.3 miles or a 30 minute walk from The Edge.
Belfast is considered a very safe city and from The Edge's central location you will have the option to explore it all by foot.
