This is a newly refurbed property complete with a modern and open plan kitchen, dining and living area that leads directly onto the garden. This is a fantastic social space, with two bar stools at the island and space for 6 people to sit around the dining room table. Upstairs you'll find two large double bedrooms, one with an ensuite and then a separate family bathroom Downstairs there is also an additional room with a double bed with a toilet next door but unfortunately there is no shower/bathing facilities on the ground floor. Bear this in mind if any members of your party struggle to complete the stairs. If you are looking to access the 3rd bedroom please request for 5-6 guests. This room comes at an additional cost per person per night who requires access to this room. There are 3 car parking spaces at the front which is extremely rare for Ely.
