Grapevine Studio is part of my home the property is an old farmhouse situated in the centre of Waterbeach, originally the studio was one of three stables, two were converted forty years ago by my parents, then three years ago I decided to convert the third and Grapevine Studio was born. The studio was designed with the traveller in mind. Comfort was the prime consideration when putting the studio together. All the bedding and towels are The White Company. There is plenty of off street parking with security lighting and CCTV, there is no charge for parking. I have ample parking to the rear of the Grapevine Studio.
I love welcoming guests to my home, I have travelled all my working life not just the UK but extensively to the USA and Canada, also the far East. I have picked up tips along the way. I am now semi retired and enjoy my home, travelling, gardening I have two small Yorkies called Alfie and Tilly who are very friendly and love the guests, I really enjoy taking them out for walks. I have a very full and active life.
Waterbeach is friendly village ideally placed, 5 miles to Cambridge, 3 miles to the Science Park, walking distance to the local business situated at Denny End and approximately a mile to the Research Park on the A!0. There is a Station in the village, which is 6 minutes to Cambridge Railway Station. The village has shops, pubs, cafe, fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway. Food delivery is easily arranged. The village is three miles from the road network, A14, M11, A10 etc. The East Coast, Norfolk and Suffolk are easily reached. Perfect base.
