The Groom's Cottage is a spacious and comfortable self contained, split level maisonette with a private entrance. It features a superking sized bed and sofa in an open plan room. There is also a day bed available in the open plan room. En suite bathroom with walk in shower. Fully equipped kitchen downstairs. Free private parking. We also have space to park trailers if required.

Joe and Jo have lived at Handley Park Farm with their 4 children and a growing number of animals since 2020. They have been slowly renovating it and enjoy hosting guests at The Groom's Cottage. The Groom's Cottage is set next to our 17th century farmhouse. Drive through the cattle or sheep to reach us and enjoy our peaceful location. We are only 3 miles from Silverstone Circuit and within easy reach of the M1 and M40. The Groom's Cottage was renovated in 2021 to provide a split level open plan one bedroom cottage with a super king size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a single day bed available in the open plan room. The fully equipped kitchen downstairs also has a table and chairs. The Groom's Cottage is situated next to The Cobbles which is also available on booking.

The Groom's Cottage is situated on our 17th century family farm just outside Towcester. A footpath runs past the door giving access to beautiful unspoilt Northamptonshire countryside. Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive through cattle or sheep The Groom's Cottage manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester. Please be aware that we have dogs on the farm. We have great links to the M1 and M40 and we are only 3 Miles from Silverstone Circuit. Other places of interest include Stowe House and Gardens, Sulgrave Manor, Canons Ashby and Bletchley Park. Bicester Village Outlet is within easy reach by either car or train being only 17 miles away.
