Just a stones throw from the acclaimed Stables Theatre, & in the grounds of an 18th century Jacobean listed home - 'The Little Gable' is a beautifully presented detached studio.The property has private entry (optional self-check-in), gated off-street parking & use of a large garden space. Equipped with a kitchenette (single hob, microwave & fridge), and fully fitted bathroom. The living space has a King bed, versatile table/desk ideal for dining or home working, underfloor heating and WiFi.
Wavendon is a picturesque village, and one of the gateways to Woburn, and the modern City of Milton Keynes. A 13th century Church stands in the heart of the Village (listed in the Domesday Book). The village is also home to The Stables Theatre (a world class music and entertainment venue founded in 1970 by the renowned jazz musicians Sir John Dankworth and Dame Cleo Laine). Other amenities include the popular gastropub (Wavendon Arms - 4 minute walk), village hall and playing fields.
