Spacious rural dog friendly property. Two family rooms each with a double and single bed and tea and coffee making facilities. Living room with TV, table top fridge, microwave and basic crockery and cutlery. Dining table and chairs. Shower room and large entrance space. Please note the bedrooms and living area are up a flight of stairs on the first floor. There is one bathroom on the ground floor. There is NO kitchen. Guests who book one room will have exclusive use of the property. The two rooms can be booked together for guests travelling together. The two rooms share the one bathroom. Early or late check in can be arranged prior to arrival, subject to availability.

Enjoy meeting different people and providing a comfortable stop over space.

Rural property in the countryside. Nearest village 3 miles with pubs and shops.
