The Old Vicarage NI is a newly established family run B&B business in a beautiful restored Edwardian seaside Manse offering luxurious accommodation, located on the Ards Peninsula, Northern Ireland and set on the fringe of the quaint old fishing village Ballywalter. The Old Vicarage NI is a large detached Edwardian dwelling built in 1910 with a Grade B2 listing. Over the past 5 years it has been lovingly restored to provide luxurious superior accommodation in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Some modern fittings have been incorporated to address modern day needs to make your stay more comfortable. All of our guest rooms provide spectacular views over the Irish Sea towards The Isle of Man, and Scotland. Our Garden room provides a side sea view over the historic fishing harbour and over our paddock and spacious gardens. The property has retained all of the original Edwardian style features and has been tastefully decorated to match. Our guest bedrooms are all located on the first floor and accessed via a beautiful pitched pine staircase which is easily climbed. We provide safe off-road parking for vehicles together with an Electric Vehicle charging point for our guests.

The Old Vicarage NI is ideally situated for exploring any part of Northern Ireland-from the Glens of Antrim (Giants Causeway) to the Mountains of Mourne. Locally there is the historic village of Greyabbey, Mount Stewart and Castle Ward Estates (National Trust), Explores Aquarium (Portaferry), The Titanic Experience and Game of Thrones and many more attraction. Our B&B is only a few meters away from two expansive sandy beaches, with clean water and many rock pools to explore. We are also close to several renown and testing golf courses and the Old Vicarage NI is a perfect base for the keen golfer. The villages near by offering a choice of nice restaurants and little bars.
