We run The Queen Stage pub in the beautiful village of Effingham, Surrey. Guaranteed a warm welcome to our four modern apartments and our pub serving breakfast, brunch and dinner as well as great coffee and cakes.

Property info

We have four newly remodelled apartments right next door to each other. Box is our largest apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom. The kitchen and large living space has a dining area, TV and sofa bed so can sleep four adults comfortably. Leith and Ranmore apartments also have separate bedrooms, bathrooms and living space with kitchenette and sofa bed. Holmbury is a large open plan studio apartment. They are all situated above a newly refurbished pub and restaurant, The Queen Stage. Please note that there is currently building work adjacent to the pub which will continue into 2023, however we do our best to keep noise and disruption to a minimum

Neighborhood info

Situated in the historic Surrey village of Effingham, a short walk or cycle from the stunning Surrey Hills. Please note we currently have building work taking place next door to the pub but noise is minimal and only at certain times due to us being situated in a residential area.
