New build property 2 bedroom/1 bathroom property in the heart of Doncaster, opposite the Racecourse. This is a beautiful and quiet house located less than 1min from the Racecourse and 5 mins from the DRI hospital. It is also within 1 mile of the local supermarkets, , and The Dome (the local sports centre). The airport of Doncaster and Sheffield is also 15mins away. Sheffield is only 25min away and the peak district is 45min away. Leeds is only 45min away and York is 50min away. A perfect location to visit these large cities and the surroundings. The property has a large driveway for 2 cars and cable TV with high speed wifi. The garden is spacious and bright with garden lights to make you feel relax.
