It offers an open planned living area, a wall mounted 55” TV with Netflix, WiFi, Alexa and mood lighting throughout, along with a luxury double bed and a well appointed modern kitchenette with dining area. There is also an en suite bathroom with shower and an air condition/heating system. Outside offers a private garden including decking and furniture and last but not least, and new for 2021 it boasts its very own BBQ cabin for entertaining...whatever the weather. The Wee Snug The Wee Snug is a fully insulated air conditioned detached cabin style with a games room theme and bar area with proper bar stools. There is a dart board and 3 in 1 pool, air hockey and table tennis table. 55 inch smart Tv, fast Wifi, a kitchen area, table with 2 chairs, en suite with shower and double bed. there is also anchor points for sheltered bike storage

We are a local family business in property rental and staycations and have been running for nearly 30 years. The Royal Snug was our first holiday home project. It is very unique and we are extremely proud of how it has developed while in lockdown. The Snugs are surrounded by beautiful countryside and many neighbouring villages which provides the perfect opportunity to explore. There are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from, an abundance of hills to climb, relaxing walks along the river, nearby forests and lochs and lots of quaint cafes, rustic pubs and relaxing restaurants. There are selection of shops on the main street of Kincardine O’Neil along with a direct bus route to a number of neighbouring villages. Kincardine O’Neil is the oldest village of the Royal Deeside but don’t underestimate this quaint wee village. Available on the Main Street there are several shops: The Village Shop: Convenience Store (including Post Office) serving hot and cold food. Treasures: An array of rocks and gemstones. Love Laura Lane: Cake heaven including coffee, waffles and ice cream.
