The property is located off a narrow side street in the center of historic Lincoln. It has four steps from the entrance hall to the accommodations, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

As well as the sofa bed in the lounge and a double bed in the bedroom ,there is a ladder in the bedroom which leads up to a small open-plan area that is suitable to accommodate 2 young children.
