Central Metheringham Village location 0.2 miles from pubs, restaurants, Co-op, shops, takeaways, squash courts and 0.5 miles away from a train station taking you to historic Lincoln in circa 14 minutes.
Private off road parking. WiFi, Smart TV, all bedding & towels provided. Two bedrooms, 1 x double & 1 x twin. Kitchen/diner and utility room with dishwasher and washing machine (tablets provided). Decking and garden area with 4 sets of French doors from the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms leading to the decking and garden areas. Accessed via a private lane between Forge House 33 Middle Street and the stone bungalow 39 Middle Street.
Historic Lincoln is a circa 14 minute train ride away, Metheringham Train Station is a 10 minute walk from the property. There are many shops, pubs and restaurants in Lincoln and many historical landmarks and activities including Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Guildhall, The Museum of Lincolnshire Life, The Collection Gallery, The Bailgate and The International Bomber Command Centre.
Woodhall Spa is circa 20 minute away which is where The Hotchkin Golf Course is which is judged as the 61st best course in the world. At Woodhall Spa there is also the Kinema in the Woods dating back to 1922 which is the only fully functioning cinema in the UK to employ back projection. The coast is approximately 1 hour away.
