The popular bar serves a wide selection of fine spirits, real local ales and bottled beers. Live DJs play on weekends, and guests can relax in the courtyard garden or on the roof terrace. The Vaults is situated on Castle Gates, just a 3-minute walk from Darwin Shopping Centre. Parking is available nearby, and the magnificent Shrewsbury Castle is a 1-minute walk away.

Please note that The Vaults has a lively bar with music until 02:30 on weekends and on Sundays preceding public holidays.
Rooms can only be accessed through the main pub.
All bedrooms are located on floors 2 and 3 of the building and accessed are through the pub.
The building is nearly 200 years old and the stairs are not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Under age guests are not allowed to stay unless with an adult over the age of 25.
Nearest parking available is at Howard Street, SY1 2LF and is chargeable at GBP 5.30 per 24 hours via a coin-operated machine.
We do not accept cash payments.
