A brand new, fully renovated 4 bedroom/4 bathroom property in the heart of Doncaster. This is a beautiful and quiet house located 2mins from the race course and the DRI hospital. It is also within 1 mile of the local supermarkets, safari park, and The Dome (the local sports centre). The airport of Doncaster and Sheffield is also 15mins away. Sheffield is only 25min away and the peak district is 45min away. Leeds is only 45min away and York is 50min away. A perfect location to visit these large cities and the surroundings. The property has a large driveway for 2 cars and cable TV with high speed broadband (Virgin Media). There is a beautiful games room with a PlayStation/Wii U to hire and a Hot Tub under a shelter in the garden. The garden has comfy furniture with a BBQ pit fire and garden lights to make you feel relax.
