This is not a conventional stay. It’s a characterful, upcycled tiny home, best suited to guests who appreciate creative, imperfect spaces with a relaxed feel. Compact and cosy, it’s fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property offers free parking, private entrance, a small garden, covered outdoor kitchen, private sauna, and fire pit/BBQ. Tucked away behind the main house, this peaceful space is surrounded by greenery while still being very close to the River, Midsummer Common and the Grafton area. The tiny home (11.5 sqm) is compact but thoughtfully designed, with a standard double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Inside you’ll find a kettle, microwave, mini fridge, WiFi, and a selection of tea, coffee, books and magazines. Towels, toiletries and bed linen are provided. The private garden offers space to relax, enjoy a morning coffee, or cook outdoors using the gas oven, hob and fire pit. The sauna is exclusively for your use. Location: 200 metres to the River and Midsummer Common 0.5 miles to the Grafton Centre 1 mile to Cambridge city centre and Drummer Street bus station Free parking is available (a map can be provided if needed). ⚠️ Important information Guests need to be mobile enough to climb in to bed from the foot (it’s positioned against walls on both sides). Guests looking for a unique, cosy and creative stay will likely enjoy the space, while those preferring a more conventional Hotel or spacious setup may find it less suitable.
