Bluebell cottage and Treetop cottage can be booked individually for a romantic getaway, or together for family and friends. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to a boutique standard with spacious bedrooms, sumptuous Egyptian cotton bedding and luxurious finishing touches throughout. Guests can enjoy use of a private tennis court with an outside seating area, peaceful countryside walks and a shared fire pit in the woods, and during the summer months, shared use of our outdoor swimming pool and/or sauna (pre-booking required, please message the host). Both properties have a fully equipped kitchen, walk in showers Treetop Cottage Sleeps up to 4 guests two separate bedrooms; one kingsize open plan bedroom on the ground floor, it then features a unique second bedroom accessed via a beautiful spiral staircase, hence the name treetop cottage, creating a charming and memorable space with a balcony. Treetop cottage also has its own private fire pit, the perfect place for summer evenings. Bluebell Cottage Sleeps 2 guests in a spacious king-size bedroom and offers a delightful hidden snug with two full-size single bunkbeds, perfect for family escapes (please note the snug bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom)

Perfectly positioned in the heart of the Sussex countryside, our cottages are surrounded by some of the countries, most beautiful landscapes, gardens and attractions. Just a short walk across our field, you can watch the iconic steam trains of the Bluebell railway passing through the countryside, a truly magical site for visitors of all ages. The cottages are nestled within the beautiful High Weald National Landscape, an area renowned for its rolling hills, ancient Woodland and villages. Our favourite local walk is the Worth Way, a scenic, traffic free trail perfect for walking, cycling and taking in the peaceful Sussex countryside. Nature lovers and garden enthusiasts are spoilt for choice. We are just five minutes from the stunning National Trust Standen House and Garden, one of William Morris‘s finest arts and crafts homes. Just 10 minutes away is Wakehurst, Kews wild botanic garden, with breathtaking seasonal displays, woodland walks and family adventures. For families, Tulley’s farm is only a short drive away and has fantastic seasonal events all year round (definitely one to Google) You’ll find charming country pubs, historic villages and countryside walks.
