No 8 Turfhill House is located in the heart of New Deer village, which is in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire. New Deer is rural village surrounded by agricultural land. No.8 is on the second floor, the property is located in a building which was once and church. It has been lovingly restored and features many period features combined with modern features. A standout feature are the impressive church windows which flood natural light into the apartment, along with high ceilings this creates an airy open feel. All 3 bedrooms are of a generous size and the master bedroom boasts two arch windows and a velux window allowing light to flood into this generous, relaxing space. The apartment has it's own allocated parking space and there is ample parking spaces at the property.
We are the owners of 2 other properties and we have successfully run these properties for the last few years. We strive to accommodate our guests so that they have an enjoyable experience while staying at one of our properties.
New Deer is a charming village in the heart of Aberdeenshire. The village offers a peaceful setting with essential amenities such as shops and health care facilities. New Deer is a short distance of the larger towns of Turriff, Fraserburgh and Peterhead which boast larger shops and supermarkets.
