Our aim at Uig Sands Rooms was to create rooms where you could be completely self-contained and relax and re-charge your batteries. In an increasingly busy and frenetic world it is rare to arrive at a place so restorative, wild and untouched.

The rooms are more like luxury apartments with kitchens, bedroom with sitting area, roll-top baths, en-suite bathrooms, private patio area with outside seating. Luxury Egyptian cotton bedsheets, fluffy bath towels, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, smart TV, Wifi, woodburner.
As well as dining at Uig Sands Restaurant we also have Uig Sands ready-meals which we can organise to be delivered to your room.
We are ideally located to explore Uig and further afield. Uig is the most north-westerly point in the UK. Uig has a rich culture and heritage, there is a wonderful local museum. Well-known characters who have connections to Uig include The Brahan Seer, Leif Erikson and Arthur Ransome. The Lewis Chess Set (of British Museum Fame) were discovered buried at Uig Sands.

Uig is an incredibly beautiful area with an unusual mixture of mountains, moors, machair, white sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. It is a small community where you will find yourself settling into quickly. It has a very rich heritage and culture, rooted in the Gaelic language and religion.
The Uig Sands Rooms are located in an unique location overlooking the vast expanse of Uig Sands Beach. We are also ideally located close to the Uig Sands Restaurant and Uig Community shop.
