A spacious 4 bedroom detached house that sleeps 8 people in a great location - across the road from Nottingham University, close to the Hockey Centre and Tennis Centre and next to the tram stop to Nottingham city centre. The Skylink to East Midlands airport is on your doorstep. Perfect for families or contractors looking for a great location.

Set back from a key route to Nottingham City Centre and around the corner from Nottingham University. Close to Beeston High Street and QMC. Tram link and bus routes including the Sky Link to East Midlands Airport is next to the property. We have off street parking for 3 cars. Nearest tram stop - University Boulevard (90 m), Sky Link to East Midlands Airport (100 metres), University of Nottingham (500m), Motor Point Arena - 27 mins by tram / 15mins by car, Hockey Centre and Nottingham Tennis centre (1 km), Beeston Train Station (1.4km), Beeston High Street (850m), Queen's Medical Centre (2km) KFC, Subway, Papa Johns Pizza, Greggs and Co-op supermarket are all a short walk from the house. Please note, this house does not feature a washing machine, there is a launderette nearby on Beeston High Street.
