The property has up to six rooms in separate listings: a Deluxe on-suite shower room and a king-sized bed (second floor); two double rooms one with a super king-sized bed and separate shared bathroom with a bath and shower over (third floor) and there's another two ensuite rooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles or a double (first floor), and finally a room with a double bed with a separate dedicated shower room off the hall way (ground floor). Rooms are rented on a room only basis but there are plenty of facilities within a five to ten minute walk, circa 15 restaurants, a Costa, cinema, bowling and a couple of pubs. There is no lift at the property so it might be difficult for those with mobility problems to get to the second and third floors.
Guests have access to their own rooms only and associated shower area, the hallway and landing as applicable. There is a whole host of facilities available within a short walking distance at Sixfields including a multi-screen cinema, bowling, multiple restaurants and a Sainsbury's supermarket, Boots, M&S etc.
My place is close to Sixfields-Cinema, Football and Rugby Stadions, Gym, Sainsbury's Supermarket, multiple restaurants, as well as being close to the Silverstone circuit (and right next to the Silverstone Park 'n' Ride). Our property looks over Upton Country Park which is perfect for a stroll or early morning jog. You’ll love my place because of the generous space and easy access to additional facilities,as well as Northampton town centre. My place is good for couples and business travellers.
