CovStays Ltd are a fast-growing and experienced company based in Victoria House in Coventry City Centre. We currently have 50 units in the city centre - mainly studio apartments but also a 2-bed and 3-bed apartment. We have been in the short-stay business for over 4 years but in property for the last 23 years! We pride ourselves by being able to offer a better alternative to the standard hotel and B&B - and delighting our guests who have come from all areas of the world - be in for leisure or business, or contractors or parents settling in their children at university.

Located near the centre of Coventry, the property is within walking distance of a multitude of attractions, including the renowned Coventry Transport Museum, Herbert Art Gallery and an abundance of quality restaurants and pubs. For those that prefer an outdoors experience, the Coombe Country Park is located a 15-minute drive away and the War Memorial Park is only 1.2 miles away with its stunning Rose Garden. If you’re seeking an experience, the FarGo Village is only a mile away, with niche and unique retailers, artists' studios, creative workspace, crafts, cafes, markets and entertainment spaces as well as weekly events, music and street food.
