The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freeze, dining table, a selection of games, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite, a twin, and a main bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed wrap-around veranda with decking, furniture, and a hot tub, and designated parking for two cars. This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, a pub in 0.1 miles, and Pine Lake in 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Waterside Lodge is well-positioned to explore Lancashire and the Lake District National Park. Note: There are on-site facilities within walking distance, including a communal indoor swimming pool. Note: There are steps up to the property, and into the hot tub. The property can only accept 7 night stays as a maximum unless discussed prior with the owner of the property.
