Wayside is a beautiful Victorian house in a village setting within 5 miles of the city of Lincoln and close to lots of Lincolnshire attractions. The house is of local historical interest and has many original features but also and has all the mod cons for a luxurious stay. Wayside is a great place to stay for individuals and families (up to 6 people) looking for a holiday or short break in Lincolnshire. It also has perfect facilities for anyone working on the area who needs a place to stay. (Up to 3 employees' single occupancy in 3 bedrooms) The house has three bedrooms with king size beds, two sitting rooms both with large flat screen TVs, kitchen, utility, dining room and there are two bathrooms with great showers and a lovely cast iron bath. Outside there is a patio set in the pretty garden.
I have been running Wayside as a holiday let since 2016. My aim is to give everyone who stays there a great experience. I take pride in the facilities that are provided and want to offer good value to guests, I love Lincolnshire and like to share my knowledge of the local area with people so that they get the most out of their stay.
Wayside is in a great spot, and you can open the door and go outside for a lovely walk around the area. Sudbrooke is a quiet area surrounded by pretty villages that offer good pubs and local shops. There is lots to do in Lincoln city and the east coast is less than an hour away. There are lots of family attractions just a few minutes' drive away. Wayside us ideally placed for Lincoln university, the Cathedral Quarter, Lincolnshire Showground, Market Rasen races, Horncastle antique centre and the Lincolnshire Wolds
