Located in Wenhaston, this beautiful and cosy 17th century beamed cottage has undergone a stunning renovation. Well Green Cottage is perfect for couples and small families who enjoy long walks immediately from their door. Close to an excellent pub, the cottage is surrounded by beautiful heathland, set by a picturesque village green and benefits from front and rear gardens and a summerhouse to enjoy.

Wenhaston is a pretty village with The Star Inn a popular local pub with a good garden is just a three minute walk away, and there are a number of other places locally that also provide fantastic food. Wenhaston has lots of open commons which makes good walking around the village. Less than ten minutes away is a local shop which supplies bacon and sausages from local butchers, also hand pressed apple juice and cider. They also have a large range of beers, lager, wines, spirits and mixers plus a choice of fresh and frozen food. Perfectly situated to explore the Suffolk Coast. Southwold and Walberswick are a short drive away or for the more adventurous you can cycle over to Walberswick and get the ferry across to Southwold. There are numerous walks from Southwold; the stunning, untamed, sandy beach of Covehithe is accessible at low tide, or you may prefer to stroll the promenade by the beach huts and award-winning pier with quirky amusements, or wander into town to enjoy the shops, restaurants, gift stores, clothes shops and more. Bike hire is available from Southwold Cycle Hire which is close to Old Hall Cafe and walks. In town, Adnams offer Lighthouse Tours for breathtaking views from Southwold Lighthouse; they also offer Brewery Tours. If you'd like to enjoy a movie, there's a small, beautiful Electric Picture Palace cinema. Coastal Voyager offer exhilarating RIB rides, seal and wind farm trips. RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve is close by with beautiful walks and opportunities to witness rare birds and wildlife including avocets, bearded tits and bitterns. Dunwich Heath and Beach has further stunning walks and landscapes for nature lovers. Africa Alive Zoo is less than ten miles from the cottage; perfect for animal lovers. The cottage is also convenient for the Latitude Festival at Henham Estate, Aldeburgh Festival and the Snape Proms.
