Peace and quiet, very relaxing, even for just a weekend. Chill on the outside furniture, with a good book. Great for gazing at the stars (we have no lights in the village) Enjoy the Hot Tub with a glass of something and gaze up at the stars. You may see the Lancaster Bomber, Spitfires and the Red Arrows comeover the cottage.
Welcome from Louise, Tim, Cleo and Mollie. We have been in Roughton for 7 years and we have run the Holiday cottage since 2019. You will meet Cleo and Mollie (2 Airedales), they love to say hello. We do live on site but we leave you alone unless you need something. We love meeting new guests and hopefully they will love our cottage as much as we do.
40 minutres from Lincoln City Centre - to enjoy the Castle and the Cathedral. 30 minutes from the East Coast 10 minutes from Battle of Britain Memorial Flight - you can view Lancaster, Spitfire and Typhoons Woodhall Spa and Horncastle are about 5 minutes in the car but it is possible to walk to both You can enjoy the Viking Way and the Spa Trial, whether on foot or by bikes.
