The house is on the edge of a quite modern development with children's play areas within a couple of minutes walk and walks around a lake on the doorstep. There are shopping and take away facilities within few minute walk and a choice of large supermarkets, restaurants and other take aways within five minute drive. Getting around the area is quick and easy, the property is minutes away from the A421 link road and Bedford itself about a 20 minute drive, London is 50 minutes by train from Bedford. There are a selected of local restaurants and cafes in the centre of Bedford and some quaint little villages within a short drive.
