The property is located on the main road in Harvey vale, Carriacou. 3 minutes walk to the port and marina on Tyrell Bay. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on the top floor and two 1 bedroom apartments on the ground floor. The house is located in a peaceful area, but nightlife, restaurants, and supermarkets are 2 to 3 minutes walk away. Access to local transportation is a step outside the gate. Tyrell Bay Beach is a 3-minute walk. The world famous Paradise Beach is 5 minutes drive away.
The area is vibrant and is home to two large supermarkets, numerous restaurants, and a laundry mart. There are two Marinas and port on the bay. The Catholic church is next door, and the Anglican church is 5 minutes walk away.
