“I picked this property as it is a 25 minutes walk to cricket stadium. However part of the journey back is up a very steep hill which older people may find difficult. Not far to the bus stop, but again you have this hill.”

I am a homeowner who loves to meet new people, and renting the Hut allows me to share my Beautiful Island with folks passing through. I love the area where I live now and where I grew up, Cosy Hut is self contained and located next to my home building, this is more home stay than Hotel.

This is a one bedroom apartment with balcony, newly tiled floors, and updated, the kitchenette has also been newly renovated and has cooker fridge freezer microwave electric kettle.

Neighborhood info

This is a residential neighborhood, and there are two local shops for essentials.Sans Souci is a quiet residential neighborhood, friendly people who would always be willing to give directions, There are two small shops in the area and Bar-b-q available on Lucas St. three nights a week. Restaurants are a little further down on the Carenage. The area is extremely safe to walk and to enjoy evenings outdoors.
