Big authentic house right in the middle of the Utsera Resort at an altitude of 1050 metres above the sea level, with the biggest garden in the village overlooking the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Constant meditational sound of the Rioni river flowing down the village and breathtaking snowy peaks scenery which guests can enjoy while relaxing on one of the three beautiful balconies of this old house.
Would love my guests to feel as comfortable as I possibly can. Offering them maximum comfort in the house, and also 4 varieties of wine of my own production. I am renting my house out in order to accumulate cash for future restoration works on this house. Would love to be able to keep it authentic and in good condition.
A small and very friendly village, where guests would be able to purchase local foods from the neighbors: milk, eggs, cheese, bread etc. There are 4 healing mineral water springs within a walking distance from the house. Various treking routes.
