Brand-new private alpine cottages in Gudauri, accommodating up to 5 guests each, ideally located right next to the Pirveli (first) ski lift with convenient ski-in access. In summer, enjoy fresh mountain air, hiking trails, cycling, and breathtaking panoramic views. The property consists of two identical cottages located side by side, making it ideal for couples, families, groups of friends, or larger groups of up to 10 guests booking both cottages together. Each cottage features a stylish loft-style layout with large panoramic windows, creating a bright, cozy, and modern alpine atmosphere. Every cottage has its own private entrance and is reserved exclusively for you, with no shared indoor or outdoor spaces. The cottages are located beside Deka Hotel. One cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cookware, and dining area. The second cottage includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, dining area, and basic tableware, making it ideal for breakfast and simple meals. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi, reliable heating, free parking, comfortable living areas, and beautiful mountain views. One bathroom is equipped with a handheld bidet (bidet shower), while the other is not. Restaurants, cafés, ski rental shops, supermarkets, and other resort facilities are all within easy walking distance. Air conditioning is not available, as it is generally uncommon in Gudauri due to the cool mountain climate.

The house is located in the heart of Gudauri, right next to the first ski lift, in one of the most convenient areas of the resort. In winter, you can ski to the house from the slopes (ski-in), while the lift, rental shops, ski schools, cafés, and restaurants are just a short walk away. In summer, the neighborhood becomes quiet and green, ideal for hiking, mountain walks, and enjoying the fresh alpine air, while still being close to all main resort facilities.
