Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum im Erdgeschoss mit einer komplett eingerichteten Küche und einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit Sofa und Sesseln um den Tag entspannt zu beenden. Im 1. Obergeschoss gibt es einen Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Tisch von dem man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Sighnagi hat. Auch dieser steht für alle zur freien Verfügung. Alle vier Zimmer im 1. Obergeschoss verfügen über ein privates Badezimmer mit Duschkabine/Dusche. Gäste des Standard Zweibettzimmer im Erdgeschoss steht ein Gemeinschaftsbad zur Verfügung.
