The hosts are members of a family, they are natives, so can help visitors to plan their vacation in Kakheti. They will be happy to tell guests the legends and true stories of many historical or geographical places. They will help them to make the visit a better experience. The friendly hosts speak Georgian, Russian and English and think the standard of service is important.

WHY " OLD HOUSE"? The guest house has 4 rooms with private bathrooms. Our gem is outdoor swimming pool with loungers, umbrellas and pool towels. The guest house has a shared sitting area with TV, balcony, equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher), old fireplace, free Wi-Fi and parking. The guesthouse is located in a cozy, clean place, at the same time it is in the central part of Telavi - 5-10 minutes walk from the park "Nadikvari", 900 years old maple tree- the symbol of Telavi and King Erekle II castle and king's palace. The main advantage of its location is the fresh air of Nadikvari and Gigo's hill and the impressive view of the Caucasus.

For those who want to walk through the streets of Telavi, King Erekle II Palace, Museum, Gallery is a 10-15 minute walk away. On the way you will meet the symbol of Telavi - 900 year old maple tree. Old Telavi - Cholokhashvili Street and old castle( of 9th century) is a half hour walk. There are four main orthodox churches in town, one of them- built in 6-7 century. For lovers of sports: Old House is situated just across the Sports Hall, near football stadium and not far from tennis court. Guest house is 10 min. walk from Telavi Theatre, that hosts the "Telavi international music festival" every autumn. Visitors can taste delicious Georgian cuisine in several restaurants and cafes near our guest house. There is traditional Georgian cheese enterprise in Telavi.
