We are located at the bottom of Batoni forest, which is famous for its unique air and wildlife. We are also located near Shaori lake, where you can fish, swim and enjoy beautiful views(approx. 5 mins away with car and you can even see it from our garden). There are unique cold water strings near us that are healthy and used for drinking(5min walk). There also are a few waterfalls near our cottages (the most famous one, Kvirila waterfall is 15 minute away from us). You can also find many rivers around us. Racha in general is different with its mountainous landscapes which are visible from our yard(if the sky is clear, you can even notice Caucasus Mountains). Even though our place is in the middle of nature, we are close to city centre(5min walk), where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and beautiful church.

Our story began years ago with Grandma's wish... She dreamed of building a house in Nikortsminda and being close to the village. I listened and thought to myself, when I grew up, I would choose a luxurious place to rest over village any day, I thought that resting in a hotel would bring happiness. We did achieve our goal, we had been resting in a paradise created by other people for 20 years, but even dreams have a habit of transformation and suddenly we discovered, that we can go nowhere that is as good as Racha, the emotions that brings us back to our childhood. And so, years later, the time has come for Grandma's dream to come true. Grandma Prano would be the happiest now. It turns out she was right, there is nothing more desirable than waking up to the sound of birds chirping in your own home. We returned to our childhood and discovered that what we missed the most was peace and carefreeness, that's why we decided to create a place where you will be welcomed like at your grandmother's house.

We are in the middle of nature so you will not be bothered by other people, but there still are a few houses around, if anything you will not be alone.
