Welcome to the Swiss Agricultural School Caucasus, located in the peaceful countryside of Dmanisi. Our campus is more than just a place to stay – it’s a working dairy cattle farm and dairy processing facility, where students learn hands-on skills in sustainable agriculture and food production. We now offer guests the chance to stay in our comfortable student dormitory rooms or a small number of hotel-style rooms – all with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and pastures. As our guest, you can enjoy: • A delicious homemade breakfast featuring products from our own dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, butter) • Optional cheese tastings with our school’s fresh and aged dairy specialties • Tours of our farm and dairy factory (upon request in advance, tour of the factory is extra charge) • A quiet, natural environment with fresh air and beautiful views Our team speaks Georgian, English and German, and we love sharing our passion for farming, education and rural life.
