ALVANTI Residences are an array of eight fully-furnished and immaculately serviced townhouses within a gated community. Each townhouse is one-story: comprising three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, living and dining area, an office, kitchen, laundry room, balcony and patio for barbecue and relaxation. . Each townhouse is equipped with a safe deposit, free wifi access and, satellite TV (DsTV) with numerous news, business and entertainment channels. ALVANTI Residences are located at the Airport Residential Area of Accra, one of the choicest neighborhoods in the capital city. It is no more than 10 minutes from the Kotoka International Airport. We do an airport pick up and drop off with our corporate van. We offer free parking, and 24x7 security service. A crystal clear swimming pool shimmers on the compound, accessible a few meters from each townhouse.

The Airport Residential Area is one of the choicest neighborhoods in Accra. No more than 10 minutes from Kotoka International Airport The neighborhood has an assortment of local and international restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment spots. It is also very safe at all hours.
