On Sunday afternoons, a local band often plays at a nearby beach bar. We can offer you breakfast, or you can enjoy one of the many nearby restaurants. Your apartment has everything you need for a relaxed, carefree holiday. We are always available and happy to help make your stay absolutely perfect.
We are Jonas & Lad – two friendly hosts who love creating a cozy and welcoming home for travelers. Lad is originally from Ghana and brings a warm, open spirit along with plenty of great stories and insider tips especially when it comes to authentic experiences, delicious food, and local culture. Jonas takes care of the details and makes sure everything runs smoothly so our guests can fully relax and enjoy their stay. Together, we value genuine hospitality, cleanliness, and a comfortable atmosphere. Our goal is for every guest to feel truly welcome, just like staying with friends.
Our apartment is perfectly located to enjoy both relaxation and adventure. We have several beautiful beaches nearby ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or simply soaking in breathtaking sunsets. Right next door, you’ll find a lively bar and a restaurant. It's perfect for a casual meal or a refreshing drink. A small local shop is less than a 5-minute walk away, and additional bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy are just around the corner. For those who want to experience the local nightlife, the famous “Tourist Beach” with its parties is only a 10-minute walk or a quick 2-minute motorbike ride away. Health and safety are also close by: the local hospital is about 5 minutes away by car or motorbike, and the nearest private hospital is just 10–15 minutes away. We love sharing the best of Kokrobite with our guests and are happy to show you everything - from hidden beach spots to local eateries and secret gems only the locals know about.
