Stylish house is a 3 bedroom house adjacent to Devtraco Estate, Community 25 just one house off Devtraco Blvd and few blocks from Devtraco Police & Fire Station,. It's located in a quiet, nice, and safe environment. Every room has its own bathroom, TV, fridge, AC, fan, emergency alarm switch, 110V and 220V power outlets. Electricity from main power grade, water, Gas, and 30GB of WIFI data included in price. PREPAYMENT OF THE COST OF THE FIRST NIGHT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER YOU MAKE RESERVATION. This requirement is to minimize the number of people who make reservations and block the calendar but don't respond to messages or never show up. and also minimize the number of scammers. Payment can be made through PayPal, Zelle, Wise, Mobile Money or cash at the property.
There is a caretaker with his own quarters at the back of the building and does not come into the main building without your invitation. Use of generator is optional incase of a prolong power outage.
