Live like a Gambian in a lovely nice and quiet neighbourhood, 100 meters from the highway...simple, clean and comfortable with someone at property to help. If you looking for a private, quiet and safe place this is for you. Cleaning is Monday to Friday (cleaning/do not disturb signs available for easy communication washing machine available at D200 per wash, approximately 3euros. Beddings washed with washing machine at 60 degrees. Brochure in house to help with useful contacts , food orders etc... Your safety is number 1....Wifi tv channels and all modern facilities... electronic safe, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, fridge, gas cooker cooking utensils (salt,black pepper provided) CCTV of compound and gate for extra security and back up power supply that kicks in automatically (Inverter batteries no noise) that can last for hours if National grid goes off. Back up power will run fans, tv ,lights and some sockets. Microwave, fridge, A/c will not work with back up supply but be rest assured the fans will be doing the rounds...... What else do you want for this price???

Live like you are a citizen of the Gambia in a comfortable and accessible and not expensive. Neighbourhood quiet and nice , you can walk freely at anytime of the day or night.... 2 minutes walk to the highways where you can get a taxi to Senegambia strip (lots of bars/ restaurants or stay in Brubusi. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and the Beach. (5 minutes drive,15 minutes walk approximately)
