A boutique two storey modern house in the heart of the bird reserve. Can sleep up to four with the use of a sofa bed in a separate room. Comfortable, clean and modern on a 24 hour secure site. Access to swimming pool and free car parking. This building is part of a compound with one other house used by the owners. The house benefits from a sitting room with TV, a kitchenette and seating area. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, WC and sink. A washing machine is provided, help with laundry can be arranged at an extra cost. A fridge freezer can be found in the kitchenette along with a gas two burner rings. The first floor has two balconies, a wraparound one to the side and front and a smaller one at the rear overlooking the pool. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and sitting room. Bedding and towels are provided. The house is cleaned twice a week. A number of books and games are provided.
