Ground floor apartment with a terrace. The kitchen is fully equiped. 150 metres from the beach. Very close to the airport Macedonia (SKG 10 Km), close to a big shopping mall (14Km) and also close to a fun park and a waterpark (15 km) The plane tree on the yard offers its shadow during the hottest hours of the day. Free Parking available after agreement.
56 years old married with Vicky and we have 3 children and a dog. I like basketball, skiing, canoeing and of course talking with friends with ouzo and meze,
Neoi Epivates constitutes the closest beach to Thessaloniki (25km). People visit the place to swim, taste a variety of fish and meat in many taverns. Within a minute from the apartment you are at the beach and you enjoy the view of the sea and Thessaloniki. Swimming, fish, ouzo and relaxation dominate this area. Very close to a bus stop to Thessaloniki (100m). Close to the harbour where boats take visitors to the centre of Thessaloniki during summer months. Close to big supermarkets, bakeries, petrol station and an open market (every Friday)
