A & C Homes are situated in the southern coastal landscape of the island and are a part of the Plakias Resorts complex located in Plakias, just 100 meters from Plakia’s long sandy beach and near all daily amenities thus offering our guests a car free holiday. A & C Homes are two bedroom ground level apartments. They both have air-conditioned open plan areas featuring the living room, dining area and kitchen. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Finally each apartment offers outdoor terrance with a dining table perfect for al fresco dining as well as a private parking space. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 2euros per night from April to October and 0.5 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

A & C Homes are located just 100 metres on foot from the famous sandy beach of Plakias. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, Plakias town has become a renowned tourist resort now providing all the facilities our guests would wish for a self-catering holiday. Within walking distance you can find from supermarkets and bakeries, including a very wide range of products local and traditional goods, to a post office, a variety of tavernas, cafes, bars, ATMs, doctor’s office and souvenir shops. While it has grown in size over the years, it still retains its special charm that draws many visitors back again, year after year.
