The building stands on the foot of Lycabettus hill and offers uninterrupted views of the Acropolis, Lycabettus and Athens. The rooftop pool is the best spot to cool down, enjoy the views and plan your daily excursions to the city. NOTE HOWEVER THAT IT MAY BE UNAVAILABLE DURING SPECIFIC DATES (to be determined in the last minute) for which you will receive a refund of 30 euros/night. The space The appartment is situated on the 8th floor of the building, has two verandas and is flooded by light. It has a fireplace and wooden floors throughout making it cozy and pleasant all year round. It has a double bed and a small sofa that could accomodate a small child. Additionally a cot may be provided for guests with babies. Guest access Access to the rooftop pool is free of charge. The neighbourhood is the poshest in Athens and everything you will want to visit or to do in Athens (but the sea) is at walking distance. It is also the safest neighborhood in Athens, because of the presence of highly ranking government officials. Note, however, that the superb views of the apartment are due to the fact that it is on the way up to the Lycabettus Hill, an ascent which you should avoid doing on foot with your luggage, unless you travel really light.
