The studio opens to a serene private courtyard, ideal for morning coffee or post-beach rest. The apartment, for up to five guests, features a sea-view balcony and a stone-paved courtyard for relaxation under the open sky.

The neighborhood of Aegaia lies just a few steps from the sea. Narrow alleys, old Cycladic homes with green shutters, jasmine climbing the walls, and the soft murmur of the waves reaching the courtyard.
