The residence is extremely spacious with an amazing view of the sunrise and the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea, decorated with family antiques and modern comfort furniture and facilities. It features a kitchen with kitchen island, a living room with a corner sofa and a large glazing overlooking the sea and the lush landscape. It has a dining area and a second living room decorated with traditional hand-made Skyrian furniture and a library. It has three bedrooms, two of which are very spacious with double beds and wardrobe (possibility of putting extra beds). The third bedroom is smaller and features a sofa that becomes a double bed and a chest of drawers. Also to the east and west there are verandas with furniture. Finally, the house has two bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The house is in a neighborhood with 19th century buildings of neoclassical style and typical architecture.
