The house has been designed with the traditional cycladic architecture. The cubic volumes, the embossed white plaster, the hand-painted wooden frames, as well as the famous stone floor of Pelion. The addition of jute, bamboo and modern decoration elements creates a rustic and minimal aesthetic which combines luxury with simplicity. The ​​100 sq.m. area consists of two levels and will provide you with more than everything that you need for a comfortable accommodation. The upper level has an open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with sea view and air conditioning. The lower level consists of two spacious bedrooms with fans, a bathroom and a laundry room. 2 private parking spots are also available. However, the biggest advantage is the veranda with the unique, unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea. The layout of the house has been strategically designed to ensure privacy between adjoining homes.
