The villa has been completely renovated, with harmony with the natural environment of the area and the comfort of the accommodation. The minimalist design contributes to a relaxing and peaceful living experience. Among the basic amenities, fast Internet could not be missing, with speeds exceeding 360 Mbps. The downstairs is cleaned and mopped daily with a Tapo Tp link robotic vacuum cleaner system and covers the entire downstairs. In the living room there is an LG SOUNBAR ATMOS SOUND SYSTEM sound system available with the ability to connect bluetooth devices. Downstairs in the office there is an 11'' tablet available for information about all the activities, points of interest, beaches, etc. As well as for any other use you always wish in the office area. In the context of ecological and health considerations and compliance, our accommodation has an INVENTOR dehumidifier with an air purifier with a UV system for an atmosphere 100% clean from all microbes and bacteria present in the atmosphere. We provide a wine cooler with a wide variety of aged labels for lovers of good wine. The bedrooms on the upper floor have built-in bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy. The hot tub is checked on a regular basis, ensuring excellent water quality for our guests.
Communication and a warm welcome are high on our list of priorities. With passion and love for our place, we will convey to you everything worth knowing and seeing during your stay on the island of Phaeacia.
You are in one of the oldest villages of our island, with part of the village being registered on the UNESCO list, just 500 meters from the villa. A little further, you will find the Kapodistrias Museum and the village of Boua, areas of natural beauty and wonderful images that will enchant you.
