Alas Residence, with a magnificent unrestricted view of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring Cyclades, is ideal for families, groups of friends, nature enthusiasts, and anyone who wishes to experience the authenticity of Greece still untouched by tourism. The house is designed in the traditional Cycladic architecture, with the characteristic cubic volumes, pergolas, stone-built sections, and finishings. The house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The upper level offers a master bedroom, living room, open plan kitchen, bathroom, terrace with a stunning view, while the lower level has two further double bedrooms, a bathroom and two parking spots. There are so many things that make Kythnos special: more than 60 sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, the island’s trails and its famous thermal springs with healing properties, the numerous chapels,and archeological sites, the delicious local cuisine and traditional feasts, are all there to enchant you.
